Protecting the privacy and security of lenders and consumers is important to the National Lending Center (NationalLendingCenter.com). We do not share commercial or personal information which is provided to us to any third parties unless you’ve given your explicit permission to share such information. Such information includes your name, your E-mail address (if you E-mail us), your mailing address (if you mail us), and your telephone number (if you’ve provided that to us).

 

Collecting and sharing other information

When you browse the NationalLendingCenter.com Web site–or use the RSS newsfeeds, posts, pages, videos, and/or podcasts/vodcasts–you are able to do so anonymously. The National Lending Center does not collect personal information when you browse–not even your E-mail address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer, geographical area, internet address, and operating system you are using.

We do examine this data to ensure we accommodate a wide variety of visitors’ Web browsers and operating systems. We do commonly share “aggregate” statistics with third parties. We also publish aggregate statistics on the Web site for the public to view. Aggregate statistics include information about NationalLendingCenter.com visitors such as the number of visitors visiting during a month, which pages those visitors use most, etc. Individual visitors’ data is not released–only aggregate data is released.

We also do allow individuals or corporations to sign up for newsletters. In doing so you adhear to the sites policies. We do not send unsolicited bulk E-mail (spam) to anyone. Ever. And we don’t work with anyone else to send unsolicited bulk E-mail on our behalf. If you have received unsolicited bulk E-mail about us or anything relating to NationalLendingCenter.com please  report it to National Lending Center immediately.

NationalLendingCenter.com does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information. Anyone under the age of 18 is advised not to use our site, nor communicate with us unless your parent or guardian is present.

NationalLendingCenter.com does not share your personal information with those Websites and is not responsible for the privacy practices of any website other than NationalLendingCenter.com.
